I just found your blog from a link on Vegan dad's blog. Thrilled is the only word I can think of right now. I miss ramen, but knew of the nasty fat and sodium content so havent had it in years! I am going to have my mom check out the Asian store in her neck of the woods (none near me) and see if they have thos unfried ramen noodles. Yeepee!!! I am off to read about you and your blog.
