Cheese ramen was actually something you could order in South Korea. My host sister loved it. It was basically the typical spicy Korean-style ramen with a slice of American cheese tossed in and stirred around. I really kind of admire how Koreans seem willing to incorporate seemingly random Western ingredients into various more traditional foods.

And yeah, totally late night drinking food. Not for my host sister of course, but probably for the older, college-student cohort.

The Sma-Ramen looks like perfect drinking food (you know, mid late-night when you want something tasty & quick...or maybe that's just me!).
