		<description>There you are once again with the amazing culinary experiments!  Miso this time... wow!  It looks fabulous!  Your mayonnaise looks great too.  I&#039;ve never used xanthan gum, but this is an interesting use for it, and gives me a good idea of its potential.  Cool!</description>
